As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to help you better understand what's getting in the way of the life you want to live. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and find a way forward. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—without fear of judgment.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it's completely normal to be unsure of what to expect. My first priority is helping you feel comfortable and heard. In our early sessions, we'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what's bringing you to therapy, and identifying what you hope to gain from the process. From there, we'll work together to better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped you while building practical tools that support the changes you want to make. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so I tailor my approach to fit your needs and goals.
I primarily work with adults who want to better understand themselves and how their past experiences continue to influence their present. I have extensive experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and addiction, and I especially enjoy working with those who are curious about themselves and ready to create meaningful, lasting change.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with flexible scheduling options including daytime and evening appointments to best accommodate your needs.
